Baby Ash - It was good knowing ya!

So this is the "Egg Baby" that Emily had for her school project.  We had a lot of fun buying all the stuff to make him...... then today on Face Book, I saw R.I.P. ASH and a picture of his shell all over the ground.......
I wanted to cry.  I will always remember you Baby Ash! I guess the project is over and he made it through the week.  The schools have a great way of teaching kids how to raise babies....... really??? - if it were really that easy!!  LOL  Em - you did a great job, even tf you left him in the car while you ate ice cream at the orange grove!!!!!

Nokomis Beach

Jenny and I took the kids to Nokomis Beach tonight.  The kids had fun playing together.  Maggie and Emily went in the water - I think they are nuts - it's kinda cold!  Jordan, Steve, Garrett and Evan just walked around being boys.  Jenny and I had a nice visit - it was a beautiful evening.

 These ladies were letting the wind blow the bubbles - it was fun to watch.  You should see the picture Jenny got!!!!

A Good Day

We had a fun day together!  Me Emily and Garrett went to The Soda Fountain on Venice Ave and had lunch.  The old fashioned Cherry Coke was fabulous.

Then we went and watched the Sunset at the North Jetty!!!! It was beautiful.
